This project has been created by Jacq aka *obsidiantears83 and Lindy aka ~GambielsPet. We were having a conversation about archetypal horror characters in books and film, and decided we wanted to explore this further and write our own version of the Big Bad Evil. However, despite being bestest of friends, we live over 13 hours apart, and have to rely on phone calls, text messaging, letters, random email and facebook to keep in touch. We both have a facination with postcards and love collecting the free ones you see everywhere.. so we decided, between us, to write a story, taking turns at the narrative, and sending the parts of it back and forwards on postcards. At the end of this story, we will be scanning them all and uploading the project to deviantART.com, but at this time, we will be updating The Blood Runs blog [link] with the entries.

At the same time, we will be creating artworks surrounding the story - as well as decorating the postcards (which we both do anyway!). If you have any artwork you have created surrounding this, we would love to see it!! You can contact me via this journal if you want to submitt anything. Any artwork etc will be added to the blog as well as the dA account, and everyone will get linked back to. hehe we are excited!!
